Role Title: Graphic Designer (Brand Design experience desired)
Salary: £45k-55k, pending experience

About the role: atis is looking for a visionary Graphic Designer to help execute the vision of our brand. The graphic designer will play an integral role in the execution of marketing communications, creative campaigns, the customer journey and the store touch points that support a range of initiatives for our growing, aesthetically-forward company.
Focus: Visual communication and execution, working with the Creative Director and the Head of Marketing to help define the creative identity and vision of the atis brand. You will work with marketing and content to create strong visuals and own the conceptualisation and design of our creative campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring that all editorial and visual touchpoints - externally and internally - are consistent and aligned with the atis’ brand mission and personality.
Core Role: You’ll be responsible for creating visual assets for a wide range of outputs - from social media, to marketing collateral, to store visuals, to menus, to websites. Your job is to translate a concept or brief into a visually effective piece. We’re looking for someone who can help take the visual story of atis to the next level. You are a natural storyteller and someone who is not afraid to take risks, experiment and ultimately inspire our customers through thoughtful, consistent and aspirational design.
Typical Work Includes:
- Layout design (e.g. seasonal menu campaigns; internal tools & external brand packs)
- Digital content (ads; banners; social posts; emails; website)
- Print collateral (flyers; posters; signage)
- Store visuals (vinyls; graphics)
- Supplemental assets (merch drops; uniform)
- Visual assets for ad hoc campaigns
- Infographics or illustrations
- Print Production (management of prints/suppliers; fulfillment & deployment)
- Sometimes: Packaging/Merch/Uniform
- Sometimes: Review of core brand ingredients and brand guidelines
Skills/Experience:
- Strong eye for detail and background in graphic design
- Design-centred portfolio
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Passion for typography
- Systematic design and experience of owning and executing a brilliant design language
- Deep understanding of brand principles
- Aptitude for developing beautiful mood boards and mock-ups
- Ability to design for a variety of outputs; creatively flexible
- Experience in ideation through to execution, with ability to time manage and prioritise with business needs
- Ability to project manage multiple briefs at once
- Strategically minded insofar as you can visualise how a brand is expressing itself holistically
- Team player; thrives in cross-functional, collaborative team
Mindset: You’re an executor and a problem solver - you are very tuned in to how something looks and works across different formats. You’re an architect as well as a strategist - you’re able to see how a brand expresses itself holistically, and you wholeheartedly believe the impact that design has on the long-term recognition and emotional connection of a brand.
